Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation science offers a wide range of services and treatment methods to improve individuals' quality of life, support their independence and ensure their participation in society. Rheumatological rehabilitation is one of the important fields of study of this branch of science.

Rheumatological rehabilitation approaches applied in an evidence-based perspective are important in many autoimmune and multisystem diseases such as Ankylosing Spondylitis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, Scleroderma, Fibromyalgia, Behçet's Disease, Dermatomyositis, Familial Mediterranean Fever, Osteoarthritis, and Childhood Rheumatism, which are diagnoses with a high rate in the society.

I believe that our book titled "Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation in Rheumatological Diseases: Evidence-Based Perspective", which is among the 100 books contributed to the 100th anniversary of our Republic with the vision of our university administration, will be a guiding resource for our students, clinicians, scientists who are working on this subject, and young academics at the beginning of their journey.

I would like to express my gratitude to all the authors who work in the field of rheumatological rehabilitation, contribute to science, and have crossed paths with the field, for their invaluable efforts in the preparation of the book.

As the editor of the book, I would like to thank my family, who have made great efforts in helping me reach this stage, my very valuable professors who helped me progress in the light of science and to whom I am always grateful for their contributions, the scientists who set an example for us with their determination to work, and the words "We only need one thing, to be hardworking" With endless respect to the Great Leader Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, who guided us to produce time.
