Forensic genetics, one of the most important subdisciplines of forensic sciences, is of great importance in resolving legal disputes and clarifying criminal events. Examining biological evidence with genetic analysis, without losing its quality as evidence, and using it to identify innocent people who are involved in a crime or are alleged to be involved in a crime, constitute the basis of forensic genetic studies.
